1. Market Ownership & P&LFull responsibility for Spain’s P&L: revenue, gross margin, SG&A, EBITDA.Define and execute Spain’s market strategy across IBEX35, national champions, and digital attackers.Shape the portfolio mix: from legacy automation to high-margin agentic AI services.Build a strong pipeline with disciplined coverage, targeting top-tier AI and automation opportunities.Act as theprimary hunterand farmerin Spain.Lead acquisition in key verticals:Financial Services, Telco, Energy, Retail, Public Sector .Sell AI & Agentic Automationtransformations: multi-use case roadmaps, AI squads, agentic pods.Partner with global teams on lighthouse pursuits headquartered in Spain.(Focus: ~60–70% hunting & growth / ~30–40% people & operations.)3. GTM Through Partners & EcosystemOwn Spain’s partner GTM with UiPath (priority), Microsoft, Appian, and others.Position Roboyo as the partner that“makes AI real in workflows” .Build alliances with consulting firms, hyperscalers, industry associations, and communities.Represent Roboyo at conferences, panels, and C-level roundtables.4. Onshore Delivery LeadershipGrow and lead the Spanish delivery team : consultants, architects, engineers, PMs.OverseeAI transformation squadsembedded at client sites.Ensure flawless delivery of complex automation and AI engagements.Champion a culture of operational excellence: utilization, quality, NPS.Build and mentora senior bench of sales, consulting, and engineering leaders.Lead the reskilling journey from RPA to AI & agentic engineering.Foster a high-performance, high-trust culture with clear goals and transparency.Be the voice of Spain in regional leadership forums and events .What You Bring10+ yearsin tech-enabled consulting/professional services, with5+ years owning or co-owning a regional P&L .Provennew logo hunter : closed large service deals in Spain (€100k–multi-million).Deep expertise inIntelligent Automation(RPA, BPM, IDP) and recent exposure toGenAI / agentic AI .Experiencebuilding or scaling a practice : hiring, GTM, pipeline, delivery.Strong partner-led GTM experience (UiPath, Microsoft, Appian).Network with Spanish CIOs/CDOs/COOs and Heads of Automation in priority sectors.Based in Barcelona, Spain, or willing to relocate.Fluent Spanish and strong English.
