Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is seeking a Release Manager to oversee application releases across a multi‑cloud environment, ensuring deployments of .NET and AWS applications are aligned and compliant with prescribed processes.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Maintain an overview of deployments in each environment (SIT, UAT).
Ensure component versions including .NET code are deployed together.
Approve and merge Pull Requests in Bitbucket for .NET/AWS applications.
Facilitate and document Go/No Go sessions for releases.
Coordinate with stream leads, BAs, QAs, test managers, and stakeholders to manage dependencies and timelines.
Enforce defined release and change management processes using Jira and IT change management practices.
Provide visibility and reporting on release status, risks, and issues using Atlassian tools.
Oversee CI/CD pipeline execution for deployments.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of .NET and AWS Cloud, including lifecycle and deployment tools.
Proficiency with Atlassian platform tools, especially Bitbucket/Git for version control.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Jira for release and test management.
Understanding of IT change management processes linked to release governance.
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with business, test managers, and developers.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proactive stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving capabilities.
Experience
Prior experience in release management or similar coordination roles, particularly with .NET, AWS or multi‑cloud environments.
Experience working with cross‑functional agile teams.
Project & Team Environment
Works within a cross‑functional team including stream leads, BAs, QAs, test managers, developers and external client stakeholders.
Team size typically 5–10 active collaborators per release.
Release Manager is responsible for coordinating, approving and ensuring compliance with processes.
