About Dogwise Academy Dogwise Academy is a premium U.S.-focused dog training company offering structured, high-impact programs designed to transform dogs and strengthen the bond between pets and their owners. We sell high-ticket board & train and specialty programs to committed dog owners across the United States. We are expanding our remote sales team and looking for a proven closer based in Spain or Portugal who is comfortable working U.S. market hours. Compensation Structure * Base Salary: $1,850 per month * Commission: Uncapped and on top of base * Realistic Minimum Total Earnings: €4,000 per month * Typical Performer Range: €4,500–€6,000 per month This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone who expects to earn above average — and performs accordingly. What You’ll Be Selling Our programs are structured, high-ticket training solutions for dog owners seeking real behavioral transformation. * Average program value: $2,000–$8,000* U.S.-based customer base. * B2C consultative sales process * Combination of inbound and outbound opportunities This is a full sales cycle based role - not appointment setting, nor just showing up to close! Your Responsibilities * Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, social engagement)* Manage inbound leads and move prospects through the pipeline * Run phone consultations and virtual sales calls * Present and position high-ticket training programs effectively * Handle objections confidently and close decisively * Track pipeline and performance inside HubSpot CRM * Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets Performance Expectations * Consistent daily outreach activity * Strong pipeline management * Revenue-driven mindset * Ownership of monthly and quarterly targets This is a performance-based role. The compensation structure rewards output. ✅ Requirements * Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets * Strong objection handling and closing ability * Comfortable selling high-ticket services * CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)* Self-managed, disciplined, and results-oriented * Based in EU * Available to work U.S. sales hours (2.30 PM–12 AM CET) Experience in education, coaching, services, or pet industry is a plus.
