Established in 2016, The Attico is rooted in the complementary personalities of its creative directors and an idea of multiplicity as feminine strength.
RETAIL MANAGER
Having opened its first retail store in 2025 in Ibiza, the Attico is looking for an enthusiastic retail manager to drive growth of our retail channel. The role is based in Milan and requires a proven experience in designer/luxury retail management, with an omnichannel perspective, and experience in opening new retail points of sales.
Reporting to the commercial director, you will be well connected, detail oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic mindset. You will have a strong understanding of retail operations and retail merchandising of international markets and key players worldwide and you will have the ability to communicate collections with energy and professionalism.
Ideally starting early 2026.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of retail management experience, in the fashion / luxury industry
Strong reporting & analytical skills
Attention to details and able to multitask
Ability to work in autonomy
Problem solving, use of own initiative and drive
Team player
Fluent English is a must, second language preferred
