We are looking for a motivated Retail Technology Graduate at Puig group level. The candidate will be part of the Global Retail & Digital Content Technology team whose main goal is to leverage exceptional omnichannel customer experiences by defining and providing innovative technologies while empowering Tus retos Key Responsibilities Overall support in the management of digital solutions to support and improve efficiency of retail execution and staff management. Manage incidents using platforms like ServiceNow and JIRA: from ticket creation to resolution, helping users, IT teams, and development partners. Test new features and validate data to guarantee smooth system integrations. Participate in defining functional requirements, ensuring feasibility and user adoption. Prepare technical documentation and training materials to ensure solution continuity. Provide day‑to‑day support for digital solutions that enhance retail execution. Collaborate with technology partners and internal stakeholders using agile methodologies. Knowledge (Technical Skills) Understanding of web applications, databases, and basic programming concepts. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure. Experience or interest in agile working methods and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA. Experience or interest in Retail and SAP technologies. Soft Skills Strong team spirit and relationship‑building mindset. Proactive, hands‑on attitude. Excellent communication and writing skills. Education Computer Engineering/Telecommunications University degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree from a leading engineering or business school will be a plus. Languages Spanish and English professional proficiency. Core Competencies Passion for technology, fashion, and consumer experiences.
