Job Purpose
Maximize Vueling’s income through the implementation of the RM strategy via pricing of trips on the assigned routes in accordance with a regulatory framework and by monitoring and reporting the revenue performance.
Main Accountabilities

Achieve target revenue.
Alignment on the price points to get an optimum supply‑vs‑demand equilibrium.
Assure best RM strategies to be followed.
Creation of a virtuous cycle to enhance outcomes by leveraging recent trends.
Consider external factors that may affect booking activity.
Give clear visibility on the routes and market results.
Collaboration to assure the expected revenues are delivered.
Provide external visibility on route and market strategy and performance.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

Manage and define seat price points availability using forecasting models, alert ecosystem signals, and defining the target revenue curve for each flight.
Analyze, assess and define optimal price points to offer in each of the routes according to market and commercial needs.
Perform analysis of future trends including market growth, seasonality, competitors’ actions among others, and proactively define strategies to minimize threats and seize opportunities.
Identify areas for improvement based on flown flights data and establish recommendations for strategy adjustments. Create a feedback, continuous‑improvement loop and lessons learned.
Analyze competitor information dashboards and adjust pricing strategy.
Effectively communicate market and route revenue performance to upper management.
Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives (network and ancillaries’ team mainly).

Education
Bachelor’s degree Economics, Engineering or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 0‑1 years of progressive experience in revenue or commercial functions.
Languages
English B2 and Spanish C1
