Our mission is to become a worldwide leader in short‑term rental management, and we’re on the right track, currently managing 1,000+ properties across the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe.ResponsibilitiesProduce and present pricing strategy proposals based on historical and market data (Airdna, KeyData, Pricelabs) and qualitative analysis of a property’s amenities and positioning.Manage rates, minimum stays, and promotions to ensure pricing adjustments are optimized across all channels.Create, execute, and evaluate strategic pricing decisions in our dynamic pricing tool to maximize revenues.Oversee each property’s performance by monitoring and performing variance analysis of KPIs such as MPI, booking velocity, length of stay, booking window, channel dependency, and more.Determine whether performance issues stem from listing factors or pricing strategy and coordinate necessary adjustments.Educate stakeholders internally and externally on our revenue‑management methodology via clear, concise reports.Collaborate with account managers, integration and listing‑optimisation teams, and senior revenue‑management members to implement strategies.Participate in meetings and calls to explain pricing strategy to clients and promote the Angel Host methodology.Produce internal performance reports to ensure no property “falls between two chairs.”Stay up‑to‑date on pricing tools and technologies and recommend improvements.Participate in industry events and conferences; national or international travel may be required.Meet or exceed revenue targets for each property.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in revenue management in the short‑term rental market or a related field; strong academic background in mathematics or data science acceptable.Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Experience with dynamic pricing tools (Pricelabs is a plus).High proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets & G‑Suite a plus).Exceptional analytical skills, strong affinity for numbers, meticulous organisational ability, and outstanding communication skills.Experience with property management software (PMS); Guesty knowledge a plus.Ability to explain revenue‑management concepts and KPIs to clients and in public settings.Strong initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to perform tasks below the senior level as needed.Honesty, ethics, and professionalism.Enthusiasm for teamwork and a positive attitude.BenefitsCompetitive salary with annual reviews and growth opportunities.Paid time off and all national holidays.Remote work (must have reliable Wi‑Fi, dedicated workspace, and ability to work within Eastern Standard Time).Monthly allowance for internet and computer usage.Up to 3 paid days off for volunteering through the “Angels Care” initiative. xcskxlj Location: Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain.
