Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the deployment of large-scale robotics and material handling solutions across Amazon's SEU network, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners. You will evaluate and deliver state-of-the-art automation for fulfilment centers and related facilities, driving on-time, high-quality deployments. The position blends engineering problem-solving with program delivery, providing hands-on guidance and continuous improvement. This is a chance to shape automation at scale in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

• Lead evaluation and delivery of large-scale automation technologies to be standardized for global scale
• Support evaluation and deployment of conveyance, sortation, and robotics systems across multiple sites
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders and external contractors
• Evaluate and implement advanced material handling systems and robotic innovations
• Ensure deployment deliverables meet timelines and Amazon quality standards
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for complex automation deployments
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize deployment processes
• Collaborate with product, safety, deployment, quality and vendor teams throughout the lifecycle
• Travel about 50% of time, primarily within the country and potentially EU
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities
• Experience working with CMMS software
• Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution
• Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and robotics
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience authoring technical documentation, such as detailed Work Instructions or SOPs for field execution
