About the Position We are looking for a Sales & Operations Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. This role combines logistics sales activities with the coordination of operational processes. Key Responsibilities Manage sales processes for logistics services (road, sea, and/or air transportation). Acquire new customers and manage existing customer portfolios. Analyze customer requirements, prepare price quotations, and follow up on contract processes. Coordinate the operational processes of confirmed shipments and communicate effectively with relevant departments. Prepare reports related to sales and operational performance. Contribute to process improvements aimed at increasing customer satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or operations within the logistics sector. Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken); Turkish is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications. Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to take responsibility in both sales and operations with a solution- and results-oriented mindset. Must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate. xsgfvud No travel restrictions and a valid driver’s license.
