Descripción de la oferta
Hello!
At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Development Representative Upsell for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our Upsell team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of qualify opportunities, you will focus on profiling high-potential accounts, unearthing internal Champions, driving thorough discovery, and securing top-tier product demos.
About the team
We are launching a high-priority Strategic Expansion Task Force, and we need high-energy, creative Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to unlock high-value pipeline within our existing client portfolio.
While these companies already use our core products, key decision-makers within IT and Finance are not yet using our specialized solutions (Factorial IT & Finance). Your primary objective is to map out these accounts, locate these undiscovered Champions, conduct deep discovery, and book highly qualified product demos. Partnering closely with key Account Executives (AEs), you will lay the foundation that enables them to close high-value expansion deals.
What you'll do
- Execute multi-touch, multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, and calls).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the IT product line.
- Research target accounts and map IT decision-makers across Spain.
- Refine outbound messaging and contribute to early sales playbooks.
- Collaborate with AEs to maximize pipeline conversion.
- Track activity, feedback, and learnings in HubSpot CRM.
What are we looking for?
- Native or bilingual in Spanish with professional English.
- High Energy & Creativity: You bring enthusiasm to every interaction and use innovative tactics to capture executive attention.
- Strategic Hunter Mindset: You treat account mapping like a puzzle. You don't give up when you hit a dead end; you find another way to reach the right stakeholder.
- Frustration Management & Grit: You understand that even in expansion sales, objections happen. You have the resilience to bounce back, adapt, and refine your approach.
- Curious & Consultative Approach: You enjoy asking probing questions. You don't just pitch features; you dig deep to understand how businesses operate and where the friction lies.
- Experience: 6+ months in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing SaaS roles is a plus, but dynamic attitude, curiosity, and raw drive are what matter most.
Perks of being part of Factorial
- High growth, multicultural and friendly environment
- Healthy life with Wellhub (Gyms, pools, outdoor classes)
- Save expenses with Cobee
- Language classes
- Breakfast in the office and organic fruit
- Food discounts with Nora
- Pet Friendly
- Much more that we'll spill during the interview process
About us
Factorial is the AI for Business that knows companies, connects how work happens across the business, and turns that context into action.
Founded in Barcelona in 2016, we now have +1,700 employees serving more than 16,000 companies across 112 countries.
Factorial started with a simple idea: companies were spending too much time managing processes and not enough time doing the work they were hired to do: their best work.
But as companies grow, work gets more disconnected. More people, more tools, more information, and more time spent connecting the dots. Generic AI can answer questions, but it doesn’t know your company. Every time, you have to give it the context.
Factorial is different. Because it’s inside the company, it already knows how it works, including its people, processes, policies, and data. So you can ask it to do real work, from screening candidates and managing expenses to answering questions and creating reports.
AI isn’t the goal. Giving people back their time is.
When work changes, so do we.
Our values
- We own it: We take responsibility for every project. We make decisions, not excuses.
- We learn and teach: We're dedicated to learning something new every day and, above all, share it.
- We partner: Every decision is a team decision. We trust each other.
- We grow fast: We act fast. We think that the worst mistake is not learning from them.Want to learn more about us? Check our website!
