This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will:Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for Iberia, including pricing, packaging, and GTM approachOwn the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing complex industrial dealsDevelop and manage strategic relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, integrators, and technology partnersBuild and lead a high-performing commercial team, putting your stamp on the business from day oneCollaborate with product, operations, and trading teams to deliver tailored solutions for clientsRepresent the business externally at industry events and partner meetingsWhat we’re looking forProven track record in B2B sales of industrial software, energy management solutions, or technology-driven operational toolsExperience selling into industrial sectors such as manufacturing, cold storage, logistics, or process industriesSkilled in managing C-level relationships and closing complex, strategic dealsStrong commercial acumen, results-driven, and comfortable operating in high-growth, complex environmentsAbility to operate with autonomy, ownership, taking full responsibility for shaping strategy and delivering resultsWhy this role is differentThis is your chance to own and scale a market-defining business at the intersection of industrial operations, energy, and AI.
