Senior Sales Engineer Leader for the EMEA region, responsible for shaping and executing the technical sales strategy across multiple countries. You will lead a distributed SE team to ensure technical excellence, engage enterprise customers, and influence product direction to accelerate regional revenue. The role blends high-level regional ownership with hands-on field participation and frequent travel. You will represent Pentera in executive discussions and key industry forums, driving cross-functional alignment and partner collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Define and lead the EMEA SE strategy across all territories• Represent Pentera as senior technical leader in executive meetings• Partner with regional sales leadership on planning, forecasting, and field execution• Lead, mentor, and scale an SE team of 10+ across multiple countries• Standardize best practices and enablement programs within the SE organization• Support large enterprise opportunities with workshops, demos, and architectural sessions• Provide senior guidance during tech validation cycles and ensure strategic alignment• Articulate business value to both technical and C-level stakeholders• Strengthen technical alignment with resellers, distributors, VARs, and MSSPs• Lead partner enablement sessions and contribute to partner planning• Bridge regional SE with global Product, R&D, Marketing, and Enablement• Represent Pentera at conferences, events, and industry forums across EMEAResponsabilidades• 12+ years in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or equivalent customer-facing leadership roles in cybersecurity or enterprise software• Proven experience leading large SE teams (10+) distributed across multiple EMEA countries• Deep technical background across IT infrastructure, Windows, Linux, Active Directory, xcskxlj cloud computing, networking• Strong understanding of modern cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid architectures• Experience supporting enterprise customers through complex sales cycles• Executive presence with ability to communicate with engineering teams and C-level leaders• Track record of driving regional technical sales strategy, prioritization, and execution• Hands-on experience operating across diverse EMEA markets and cultures• Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong advantage• Availability for frequent travel across EMEA (≥50%)Requisitos principales•
