Your main responsibility
Perform hotel site inspections and host Fam / Press trips with partners, with the aim to turn visitors into brand ambassadors.
Coordinate Fam / Press trips and groups’ arrangements in collaboration with the Sales Team, the Operations Team, and the IPP Sales Manager prior to arrival.
Support the Sales Team (trade requests, complaints, etc.), the Marketing Team (content updates, etc.), and the Operations Team for any sales‑related matters relevant to Ikos Porto Petro.
Answer B2B partners’ questions about property facilities and services.
Update the hotel's factsheet, website, TO brochures, and online presentations.
Attend local events of interest (with other hoteliers, tour operators, partners, etc.), submit invoices in ERP, and load contacts and activity into the CRM.
Degree in Hospitality or Tourism or Economics or Communications / Marketing.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally within the luxury or tourism / hospitality industry.
Excellent command of English and Spanish (written and oral); good command of a second language (German, French, or Russian) is a plus.
Self‑motivated, multitasking, and proactive; ability to work within a multicultural and fast‑paced environment.
