Job Title: Head of SalesLocation: Remote. We are partnering with acompany in the agricultural solutions sectorto appoint aHead of Sales for Spain.This is ahigh‑impact commercial leadership role, managing key customer relationships, and progressively building and leading a regional sales organization. The role combines hands‑on commercial activity with strategic responsibility, operating in afield‑based, relationship‑driven environmentserving vineyards, olive groves, fruit producers, cooperatives, and distributors.The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening the company’s presence in Spain, withdirect responsibility for managing key accounts in West Andalucía and Extremadura, while also acting as thecommercial leader for the wider Spanish organization. In addition to owning the southern region commercially, this role willlead and coordinate the national sales team, effectively operating asHead of Sales for Spainand ensuring alignment of strategy, priorities, and execution across all regions as the business continues to grow.Define and execute the commercial strategy for Spain
Lead and develop a sales team of 4 people
Manage key accounts and directly oversee one sales region
Act as the senior commercial interface between Spain and PortugalStrong sales leadership experience
Spanish fluent; Portuguese and/or English valuedRemote role, no office in Spain.
