We are seeking a salesperson who is an extremely fast learner with an extraordinary work ethic and enjoys the challenge of working in a hyper-growth Sales Department based in Spain (Barcelona/Madrid).As a Sales Manager, you will support the acquisition and development of enterprise business accounts in Spain, as part of the FREE NOW For Business team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute business developer to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing business.You will work within the sales team and report to the Head of Sales. Your responsibilities include managing all sales functions in your territory in line with company targets.Your responsibilitiesAcquire enterprise corporate accounts in the Spanish market from prospecting through negotiation and closingLead face-to-face and online sales meetings, demos, and training with prospectsBuild your LinkedIn network for social sellingConstruct a strong local network to facilitate market entry and create strategic partnershipsMaintain CRM database, pipeline reporting, and update prospect/account informationParticipate in activities planned by the Marketing team and attend corporate events nationwideRepresent FREE NOW for Business externally at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance the company's profileYour profile3-5 years of practical experience in B2B Sales or Business DevelopmentEnterprise sales expertise across multiple industries & channels, managing strategic relationships at the executive levelProven experience in enterprise sales, negotiation, contracting, and closingExceptional communication and presentation skillsStrong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with a desire for new challenges in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of high-growth, technology-driven marketsPreferred qualifications include experience in the travel industry, an existing network in Spain, familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau, and an undergraduate degree.Diversity and inclusionAt FREE NOW, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
