As a leader within the AWS Cloud Sales Center (CSC), you will lead a high‑impact and diverse team that will build, shape and drive the growth and future of an emerging technology. As a Sales leader within the AWS Cloud Sales Center, you will guide a sales team focused on adoption and expansion of our full‑service portfolio with our customers. You will work backward from our customers, focusing on their use cases and defining how our broad set of technology solutions can help them. You will plan for market adoption, set vision and strategy for your team, and pivot on emerging market trends on a daily basis. You will help your team identify where our products need to go next to better serve our customers. You will drive revenue, adoption and market penetration in accounts. You will hire and develop high‑performance sales reps focused on customer obsession and working backward to help customers achieve outcomes. You will build go‑to‑market initiatives across functional, specialist and partner teams to help scale our business. We are obsessed with customers and simplify complex solutions. The base salary range for this position is $157,100.00 – $212,600.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
