Responsibilities Management of inbound and outbound calls for sales campaigns, using provided leads and working with a database of interested customers. Following up and updating information in the system according to the progress of each sales opportunity. Providing customer service and guidance, offering clear information and resolving queries regarding products or services. Managing and drafting emails, ensuring effective and professional communication. Recording and reporting daily activities related to the campaign.
