Sales Manager or Director – Paradero HotelsCompany DescriptionIn 2021, we opened Paradero Hotels, the first experience-inclusive hotel brand in Mexico/North America. Since opening in February, we have appeared in 225+ major publications (CNT, AD, T&L, NYT, etc) and have gained 150k Instagram followers. In addition, Paradero has already secured additional real estate to develop branded residences that will be integrated into Paradero’s operations. Thereafter, Paradero will look to grow to other destinations in Mexico and/or the US.The hotel is located in Todos Santos, the upcoming destination near Cabo (think Cancun‑Tulum effect) ripe with all types of activities. Empty surf breaks, organic produce, Baja style tacos, best kite surfing/diving are part of the everyday lifestyle. Todos Santos is located 45 minutes away from SJD International Airport with incredible, cheap, frequent connectivity to any major city in the US and Mexico.Job DescriptionThe RoleSales Manager or Director, a critical position for our business.We are looking for a hustler who understands that resources are relatively scarce and hacks are necessary to solve problems. You should be willing to fail over and over again, truly independent, and able to initiate projects on your own and deliver results in a changing environment. You should dig deep into data and uncover the best way to bring our clients on board, and care for values and the community.Main ResponsibilitiesOwning and managing Paradero’s sales funnel(s).- Weddings- Team Transformations (Corporate Retreats)- Travel Agents- Tour OperatorsCompensation- Salary is competitive and negotiable.- Opportunity to earn an attractive bonus in results and performance.Location- CA, Baja and/or CDMX- Sales office based in CDMX.Qualifications- A passion for creativity, design, and a desire to learn.- Intermediate or better knowledge of word processing tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.- Experience with mailing systems, knowledge of the basics of email‑marketing.- Previous experience in hotel reservations roles.- An analytical mindset that guides your intuition; you’ll need to make data‑driven decisions.- Working together with marketing teams translating customer needs to actionable items.#J-18808-Ljbffr
