At SuitePad, we shape the hotel room of the future. To further support our growth, we are currently looking for aSales Manager Spain (m/f/x)to actively shape and sustainably drive our success story. Responsibilities You acquire new customers and build your sales pipeline for the Southern European market with a strong focus on Spain You present our software solution to decision-makers in the hospitality industry – via phone, online demos, and in-person meetings Together with your colleagues, you take ownership of the sales process from qualified lead onwards – from conducting sales meetings and contract negotiations to the long-term development and retention of key accounts You represent SuitePad at trade fairs and industry events and continuously develop existing customer relationships You work closely with the Sales, SDR, and Customer Success teams to ensure sustainable customer success Your Profile You are a sales professional with at least 3 years of experience selling complex or consultative products, ideally in SaaS or alternatively in the travel or hospitality industry You have a good command of sales skills, negotiation and argumentation skills, as well as presentation and communication skills With a good dose of humor and charm, you inspire your conversation partners, approach people openly, are empathetic and proactive You have strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial, strategic mindset Your Spanish is at native speaker level, your English is fluent and further foreign language skills are an advantage You hold a valid driver’s license, are willing to travel a few days per month and can work from your home office in Spain or from our office in Berlin You can expect from us A clear business model with a defined target group, strong product-market fit, and numerous reference customers A market with significant potential for sales success An open company culture with a high degree of ownership and data-driven decision-making Comprehensive onboarding, individual training, and a personal learning budget of €1,000 per year An international team united by a shared goal and regular team events Sounds exciting? #J-18808-Ljbffr
