Location: Madrid Work mode: Hybrid (1 day per week in office) Contract type: Permanent We’re hiring a Sales Operations & CRM Business Analyst to join a global Sales Excellence team, supporting the rollout and adoption of Salesforce and sales processes across multiple business units (SBUs). This is a mid-level, high-impact role combining Salesforce expertise, sales operations, and stakeholder coordination in an international environment. What you’ll do Act as the bridge between global Sales Excellence and local teams Coordinate Salesforce enhancements, process improvements, and reporting needs Support global rollout, deployment, and adoption of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) Translate business requirements into clear deliverables for IT/partners Drive pipeline governance, forecasting, and sales process consistency Build insights and reporting (Salesforce / Power BI) Lead stakeholder alignment across multiple SBUs and senior commercial leaders What we’re looking for 3–5 years in Sales Ops, Salesforce, RevOps, or Sales Excellence Hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin cert a plus) Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM governance Experience working cross-functionally with global stakeholders Strong communication skills (fluent English + Spanish) Analytical mindset with focus on data quality and process improvement Comfortable owning projects and driving adoption in a fast-paced environment Nice to have Experience with global CRM rollouts or multi-country environments Exposure to Power BI / reporting tools Familiarity with AI sales tools (e.g. Agentforce) Why join?
