Sales Product Specialist - (B2B SaaS – Hospitality Tech)Location: Remote / Hybrid Please note this role will focus on the DACH market and requires a professional level of German language skills Their platform helps hotels and lodging providers significantly increase direct bookings and drive meaningful revenue growth. With thousands of customers globally and strong backing from international investors, the business is now scaling its go-to-market organisation and hiring a Sales Product Specialist / Pre-Sales profile to sit at the intersection of product, sales, and GTM execution. This is a highly commercial, product-facing role focused on supporting sales conversations, shaping go-to-market strategy, and driving early customer adoption of new products and features. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Tech, acting as the product expert in customer-facing situations, translating customer needs into clear value propositions, and helping turn product ideas into revenue. This role is well-suited to someone from a pre-sales, sales engineering, product marketing, or GTM background who enjoys being close to customers and influencing deals through strong product knowledge. Act as the product specialist in live sales cycles, supporting discovery, demos, and use-case validation Partner with Sales to articulate product value and improve deal outcomes Track product adoption, customer feedback, and commercial signals to inform prioritisation 3+ years’ experience in a sales-facing product role (Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Product Marketing, GTM, or similar)~ Strong commercial mindset with confidence in customer-facing environments ~ Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing ~ Data-driven approach to validating ideas and measuring impact ~ Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce Fluent German and professional English Flexible working setup with regular team meet-ups and events
