In 2024, the Group generated revenues of CHF 1.25 billion.Sales Representative - Barcelona and MallorcaWe are seeking a new member to support the strategy and manage the processes of Talent Acquisition in alignment with the strategy and guidelines of the Hero Group. Additionally, contributing to the efficiency and optimization of talent operations, ensuring streamlined processes and continuous improvement in alignment with organizational goals.Your main responsibilities:Visit client points of sale: Follow a predetermined route to visit designated clients, ensuring consistent presence and dedicated attention at each point of sale.Shelf Space Optimization: Maximize the available shelf space to ensure an effective and attractive product display, driving both sales and brand visibility.Setups and Implementations: Carry out setups and implementations according to the provided guidelines, ensuring a consistent and attractive presentation of products at the point of sale.Negotiation of Displays and Product Listing: Negotiate display and listing agreements with point-of-sale managers to ensure optimal product placement and increased visibility within the commercial space.Market Information Gathering: Collect relevant market information, including consumer trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, to inform commercial and marketing strategies.Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on point-of-sale performance, including sales data, effectiveness of display strategies, and observations on competitors and the market overall.Customer Service: Proactively and efficiently address any issues at the point of sale, such as out-of-stock products, problems with promotional signage, or space constraints, thereby ensuring an optimal customer experience.Skills and competencies:BackgroundBachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related.Previous Experience in Commercial Negotiation.Experience in the Food Industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).Fluent Spanish and a B2 Level English. B2 in Catalan is highly valued.Competences:Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.Dynamic and Organized Personality: Looking for a dynamic, proactive, and organized individual, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of the Market and Food Products: This includes understanding market trends, consumer preferences, and the competition, as well as having detailed knowledge of the products offered by the company.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability is essential to interpret sales data and market trends.
