Role Overview
We are looking for the best talent for the position of Sales Representative – Traumatology (Temporary Replacement Contract) in the Aragón region.
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing commercial activities within the assigned territory, building strong and trusted relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, with the objective of increasing market share and ensuring an excellent level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the customer portfolio (public hospitals, private clinics, distributors).
Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector and develop action plans accordingly.
Present, promote, and sell the company’s medical device product portfolio.
Deliver technical product demonstrations and clinical training to healthcare professionals.
Achieve sales targets and performance objectives defined by the company.
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage public and private tenders.
Collaborate with the marketing team in the organization of events, congresses, and workshops.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system and prepare commercial activity reports.
Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and industry codes of conduct.
Requirements
University degree in Health Sciences, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales within medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
Solid knowledge of the hospital market, purchasing processes, and tender management.
Results-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term trusted relationships.
Availability to travel within the assigned territory.
Good level of English is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
Johnson & Johnson has announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, which will operate as DePuy Synthes. The planned separation is expected to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as applicable, as well as regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following completion of the transaction, you would become an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes’ employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In such case, DePuy Synthes will provide details of any planned changes at the appropriate time and subject to any required consultation processes.
