Position: Sales Representative – MedTech (Commission), Catalonia & Levante – Barcelona, Spain. Job Function: MedTech Sales Job Subfunction: Technical Sales – MedTech (Commission) Job Category: Professional Responsibilities Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, clinical and hospital administrators. Maintain existing NV customer contacts and KOL relationships and approach competitor customers with a specific account plan to meet and exceed business goals. Educate customers on all NV products, providing technical and clinical information and in‑service trainings. Prepare, plan and implement training and product demonstrations in-house. Stay current on company products, instructions for use (IFU), best practices, technical troubleshooting and marketing strategies, including advanced clinical knowledge of the neurovascular field. Achieve sales targets in the assigned geographic area using consultative selling techniques. Identify potential sales opportunities within the account and maximize customer case support through proper planning and scheduling. Drive collaboration and maintain consistent communication with local team, support team and other internal/external partners. Ensure supply of required products in hospitals and maintain consignment warehouses. Analyze the market to optimize territory plans, track market information and use data systems for account analysis. Collaborate with local marketing to implement field strategies, cross‑business unit collaboration and prioritize requests in high‑stress environments. Maintain composure and focus during stressful interactions, and adhere to safe fleet and health, safety & environmental guidelines. Qualifications Master's degree in medical engineering, medical sciences or related pharmaceutical disciplines. Willing and able to travel up to 30% overnight locally, regionally and nationally, sometimes on short notice. Ability to work in a hospital environment and attend live patient cases. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Valid driver’s license. Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet Explorer. 2–4 years of medical device experience (preferred). Experience working in sales in the medical devices sector (preferred). Experience with highly complex technical systems and/or working in a critical patient care setting (preferred). Self‑starter, autonomous, flexible and problem‑solver in high‑pressure environments. Hunger for learning and building new skills.
