Sales Rep — Hospitality & Venues (Ho Re Ca) Spanish Market About Soul Water Soul Water is a premium mineral-water brand sold across the Netherlands, Spain, France, Belgium and selected export markets, through hospitality & venues, B2 B and retail, and a growing number of digital channels. We're scaling to 10 X the company by 2030. The Role You're interested and driven to grow Soul Water's presence in the on-trade channels; including premium hospitality and venues in your market? A field salesperson who builds relationships, wins listings, and turns them into recurring volume, that is what we need at Soul Water. You own your territory end to end. What You'll OwnNew Ho Re Ca & venue accounts in your territory, from prospect, pitch, to closeRelationships with the venue Owners, F&B managers and BuyersListing growth and re-orders; keeping accounts activePremium brand representation, including tastings, samplings, activationsSmooth fulfilment, in coordination with the back office and logistics colleagues Targets You'll Be Measured OnNumber of new premium Ho Re Ca / Venue accounts opened per monthVolume and re-order rate from your accounts per monthAn active, well-maintained sales pipeline and account base Who You'll Work WithThe commercial team, the sales back office / order desk, and local distributors and logistics partnersWhat We're Looking ForField sales experience in Beverage, FMCG or premium hospitality (on-trade)Relationship-driven, autonomous and self-managingLives in / knows the territory Spain (coastal areas + key cities)Native Spanish language speaker plus professional working EnglishNice to HaveAn existing on-trade network in your marketExperience xkdbapo launching or growing a premium beverage brand How You WorkAutonomous and low-supervision: you plan your own territory and manage your own pipelineHands-on and in the field; comfortable owning targets part-time PracticalDetailsScope: part-time possible; territory-based and a base contract fee + sales bonusStart: as soon as possibleLocation: in-markets: Spain (coast + major cities)Growth potential: scope to become the anchor commercial presence in your territory as the market grows We are recruiting for this role in the periof of August & September of 2026.
