Market Development
Develop hospital/distributor channels and achieve sales targets
Market Intelligence: Analyze MIS rates, reimbursement policies, KOL mapping
Design regional marketing strategies and maintain key account relationships
Lead clinical demonstrations and surgeon training programs
Monitor competitors and submit competition reportsEducation:BSc, preferably with MedTech regulatory knowledgeExperience:
Senior sales experience in high-end medical devices (surgical robotics/endoscopic preferred)
Proven track record in salesLanguage:
fluent level of the local language
Business English fluency for international collaborationMobility
50% travel commitment (incl. monthly international trips)
Valid Driver's LicenseCompensation & Benefits
Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission
