Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products of Electrification division, of the marks ABB, Niessen y AEG within the Alicante province, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: (Alicante, Spain).
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques.

Qualifications For The Role
A higher education qualification in electricity, engineering, or a related field is required, enabling a solid technical understanding to provide value-driven solutions to clients.
Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs, generate business opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the initiative to open new markets, detect opportunities, and follow them through to closure.
Experience in technical sales, business development, or client management roles, ideally with direct customer interaction.
Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems, used for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and commercial analysis.
Analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities, prioritize accounts, and make data-driven commercial decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Native Spanish and basic English level.
