Position Overview
We are seeking for a commercially driven Sales Director to lead and scale our revenue engine across both B2B and B2C channels. Based in Palma de Mallorca, this executive role will own the full sales strategy, build and mentor a high-performing team, and use data to drive consistent, measurable growth.
The Sales Director will build the commercial architecture of the brand from the ground up: establishing the dealer network, creating the client acquisition infrastructure, and developing the concierge experience that differentiates House of Wunder in the market.
The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up environment, is comfortable operating with minimal structure, and brings the entrepreneurial drive to create something that has never existed before.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
· Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy covering both B2B and B2C segments, aligned with company growth targets.
· Drive revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management, strategic partnerships, and market expansion
· Set, track, and report on quarterly and annual revenue goals, conversion rates, pipeline health, and other key sales KPIs.
· Build the commercial function from scratch, including processes, tools, and team structure as the brand scales.
B2B Sales Leadership
· Build and manage a B2B pipeline. Develop and manage a curated network of strategic retail partners, authorized dealers, and key accounts who share the brand's vision and obsession for detail.
· Lead end-to-end complex sales cycles including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closure.
· Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key accounts and partner organizations.
B2C Commercial Leadership
· Own the commercial performance of the brand's online sales channel.
· Build, train, and oversee the dedicated concierge function that accompanies each client through their journey with the brand.
· Champion a client-first culture developing personalized clienteling programmes that build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and collectors.
· Collaborate with Marketing to optimize customer acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and retention programmes.
International Distribution
· Travel extensively both domestically and internationally to visit retail partners, authorized dealers, subsidiaries, and key accounts, ensuring House of Wunder standards are upheld at every touchpoint.
· Represent the brand at major industry events, trade shows and high-profile client appointments worldwide.
· Maintain a consistent on-the-ground presence across key markets to strengthen relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and support sales team.
Data & Analytics
· Own and optimize Salesforce CRM, including pipeline hygiene, reporting dashboards, automation workflows, and forecasting accuracy.
· Use data and analytics to generate actionable insights, identify performance gaps, and inform strategic decisions.
· Build and maintain robust sales reporting infrastructure for executive visibility.
Required Qualifications
· 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in the luxury sector as senior or director-level role.
· Proven track record managing and growing both B2B and B2C sales channels.
· Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
· Strong existing relationships within the luxury ecosystem: retail partners, collectors, industry stakeholders.
· Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM including pipeline management, reporting, and workflow automation.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, build forecasts, and present clear recommendations to leadership.
· Comfortable with significant international travel from Palma de Mallorca.
Nice to Have
· Background in watches and jewelry, consumer goods, lifestyle, or brand-driven industries.
· Experience with additional sales and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics).
· Familiarity with subscription, DTC, or omnichannel business models.
· Multilingual capabilities reflecting our international client base.
