Exp | Min 6 years in the B2B Tech industrySalary | 80K PACKAGEMy client is an intelligent assistant that helps businesses organize events effortlessly, simplifying group bookings for bars and restaurants while helping partners grow their revenue and digital visibility.They are now looking for a Head of Sales Spain to own and scale their commercial strategy in Spain, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales organization.This is a key leadership role with strong ownership, impact, and visibility within the company.The missionsDriving Growth & Revenue AcquisitionDefine and execute a clear acquisition strategy (inbound & outbound)Develop deep knowledge of the local market: competition, pricing, legal constraints, product localizationBuild and maintain the Sales Playbook (pitch, ICPs, qualification, objection handling, closing)Adapt positioning and messaging to the Spanish marketCollaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead generationSupport the team on key deals through coaching, shadowing, and deal involvementDesign and deploy a robust KPI framework and reporting systemBuild dashboards to monitor pipeline, forecast, sales velocity, and performanceEnsure high data quality and disciplined Salesforce usageDeliver reliable weekly forecasts to leadershipAnalyze performance and recommend strategic and operational improvementsBuilding a Scalable Sales OrganizationDefine team structure, roles, targets, territories, and compensation plansLead recruitment, onboarding, and ramp-up of Sales RepsCoach the team through regular 1:1s and performance reviewsFoster a strong performance culture and continuous learning environmentImplement scalable processes and document best practicesManage and align the external SDR agency with sales objectivesBuild strong team cohesion through rituals and initiativesCross-functional CollaborationAct as the voice of the Spanish market internallyWork closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and OperationsLead local market adaptation projectsCoordinate with Account Management on retention and expansionContribute to the Product roadmap with field insights and customer feedback6+ years of experience in B2B TechAt least 3 years as an Individual Contributor in SalesAt least 2 years in a management role (Team Lead, Head of Sales, Sales Manager, etc.)Experience in an international company expanding into Spain (strong plus if you held a leadership role during this phase)Strong data-driven mindset: you know your numbers and how to use them to drive performanceProven resilience and ability to perform in challenging environmentsExperience building or significantly improving a Sales PlaybookStrong interest in Sales Ops (tools, processes, data), ideally with hands-on experienceDemonstrated leadership, high standards, and managerial courageStrong expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and SaaS KPIsBenefitsMeal vouchers: €4/day (100% covered – Pluxee card)Equipment: MacBook, headset & welcome kitRemote work: 9 days per month after onboardingWork-from-home support: 50% reimbursement for equipment purchases up to €100
