Senior Salesforce Solution Architect for Field Service
Senior Salesforce Solution Architect for Field Service will be responsible for providing overall mentorship regarding strategies and techniques for the Salesforce Field Service solutions within the Air Liquide Home Healthcare organization. The role requires working with business and IT teams across multiple countries to ensure product solutions support business needs while adhering to strong architectural principles.
Responsibilities
Interact with end users and super users to understand business requirements across a variety of countries.
Develop solution proposals to address requirements using standard or customized functionality within the Salesforce platform and legacy environment.
Work with outsourced resources for projects and enhancements when required.
Communicate with other Salesforce administrators and developers to align solutions with global templates.
Provide system administration support for all Air Liquide HealthCare Salesforce.com instances.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of related experience (at least 5 years in Salesforce application development).
Advanced expertise in Salesforce Field Service, including deep hands‑on experience with the SFS scheduling engine and deploying and customizing the FS App.
Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript, and ability to optimize platform performance at scale.
Profound understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and ability to design architectures connecting supply chain management, customer field service, and invoicing.
Proven track record in architectural design for enterprise systems, especially integrating ERPs in complex legacy environments.
Certifications: Salesforce Developer and Administrator are required; Service and Field Service Certifications are preferred.
Self‑motivated, creative, with strong written and verbal proficiency in English.
Strong business acumen, leadership, and ability to manage ambiguity and serve customers in a service‑oriented way.
Excellent team player who is open, honest, flexible, and adaptable.
