Experteer Overview In this role you drive Salesforce CRM projects from pre-sales to delivery, guiding cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll translate client objectives into actionable plans and ensure high-quality, customer-centric outcomes. You will lead demos, manage risks, and foster strong client relationships to support satisfaction and growth. - Support pre-sales tasks: solution design, estimation, planning
- Lead and supervise project team, assignments, and resources
- Manage progress to meet timelines, scope, and budget
- Coordinate change requests and inform stakeholders of impacts
- Provide client visibility on progress and lead steering meetings
- Notify operations of deviations; establish risk and communication plans
- Ensure documentation control and quality of deliverables
- Lead client demos and issue resolution

- +5 years of project management experience in roles leading Salesforce projects
- +3 years of end-to-end CRM implementation experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High)Requisitos principales
