Experteer Overview
In this role you drive Salesforce CRM projects from pre-sales to delivery, guiding cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll translate client objectives into actionable plans and ensure high-quality, customer-centric outcomes. You will lead demos, manage risks, and foster strong client relationships to support satisfaction and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving CX-focused organization.

Responsabilidades
• +5 years of project management experience in roles leading Salesforce projects
• +3 years of end-to-end CRM implementation experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
• Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High)
