SAP Business Analyst – Order-to-Cash Remote (within Spain)Sanoma Learning Spain | Fully remote | Full-timeHave you come from a technical SAP background and made the move into business analysis? That foundation isn't just a bonus here — it's exactly what this role is built around.The RoleWe're looking for someone who has worked close to SAP — configuring, supporting, implementing — and now finds themselves more energised by facilitating, analysing and connecting than by hands-on technical execution.At Sanoma Learning you'll work at the heart of our global commercial processes: from the moment a customer places an order to the moment the invoice is paid. Your mission is to keep improving those processes — and to do that well, you'll need to speak the language of both IT and the business.Who you are- SAP technical roots, business analysis focus now. You've worked hands-on with SAP and that background means you understand the technical implications of a design decision without needing them spelled out.- Comfortable with stakeholders at every level. You listen well, can structure vague requirements into clear solutions, and adapt your communication depending on the audience.- Solid grasp of O2C / commercial processes. You're familiar with how sales, logistics or billing flows work.What you'll do- Be the go-to person for everything O2C in SAP: incidents, improvements and new functionality- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and turn them into clear functional specifications and user stories- Coordinate with SAP consultants and developers to make sure solutions make sense both technically and operationally- Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that what's delivered matches what was asked for- Spot opportunities for continuous improvement across SAP-based processes- Produce functional documentation, blueprints and solution designs that are actually useful long-termMust have- Hands-on experience working with SAP in a business environment (SD, MM, PP or similar)- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Invoice processes- Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories or functional specifications- Ability to communicate fluently with both technical and business audiences- Fluent EnglishNice to have- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC to S/4 migration projects- Knowledge of SAP integrations (CPI, BTP) or SAP Fiori- Experience working in Agile environments- Exposure to FI/CO modules or financial processesWhat we offer
