We are looking for a Senior SAP CX (C4C) Consultant to strengthen our existing SAP Customer Experience support team.You will work as a consultant across multiple customers, supporting and evolving SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions, with exposure to almost the full SAP CX portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and long‑term customer relationships.As a Senior SAP CX Consultant, you will be responsible for the functional and solution ownership of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud in support and evolution contexts.What is this all about?Your main responsibilities will be:End‑to‑end SAP CX delivery – Business analysis, solution recommendation, solution design, configuration, testing, go‑live support, and hypercare.Support and evolution of SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud – maintain and improve existing solutions for multiple customers in parallel.Sales & Service process design – Design and implement:Lead, opportunity, and account managementActivity and pipeline managementCase / ticket management and service workflowsSLA, categorization, escalation rules, and service KPIsReporting & analytics in C4C – Create and maintain reports, data sources, KPIs, and dashboards.Integration & data collaboration – Work closely with integration and backend teams on:SAP S/4HANA / ECC integrations via CPIAPIs, event‑based integrations, and middleware conceptsV2 expertise and migrations – Contribute to SAP C4C V2 projects and ideally V1 → V2 migration initiative.Technical extensions – Participate in or coordinate developments via:SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK)SAP BTP extensions for C4C (nice to have)Your profileWho are you?Solid (+6 years) SAP CX consulting background, CRM / CX implementations, with several years on SAP C4C.Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud, you know standard capabilities, best practices, and limitations.End‑to‑end project experience, from business analysis to go‑live and hyper care, not only configuration.Sales & Service process expertise, comfortable discussing business topics with sales and service stakeholders.Integration & data understanding.
