We are looking for a bSAP HCM Consultant (PY) with German /b to join this organization. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliCustomer projects in SAP HCM on-premise components with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE) /liliAnalyze customer situations and create process documents, conceptions, and blueprints /liliSystem realization of customer requirements including customizing, schemas, and cycles in payroll accounting /liliSupport all project phases including conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and roll-out of SAP HCM /liliTake on partial project management in smaller teams on-site at customer locations /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliFluency in German /liliExpertise in SAP PY (Payroll), SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central /liliKnowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP HCM /liliExperience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration /liliKnow-how in tax and social security law /liliExcellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics /liliExperience with project management and consulting methods /liliSelf-motivation, persuasiveness, and assertiveness /liliSolution-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence /liliCompleted university studies and several years of relevant professional experience /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbIn addition to the salary, the company offers the following benefits /b /ppbr/pulli23 days off /liliFlexible compensation (restaurants, transportation, childcare vouchers, health insurance) – Deducted from the salary, up to 30% of the total salary /liliRemote work allowance /lili70 €/month without a company phone, or 23 €/month with a company phone. /liliContract type: Permanent contract with up to 3-6 months of probation period. /liliWorking hours: official working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (8 hours), including a 1-hour break for lunch or a snack, to be arranged flexibly.
