We are urgently looking to engage an SAP Senior Spanish PY Consultant to support and enhance one of our main clients SAP HCM Payroll landscape. They require an SAP Senior Spanish PY Consultant to join them on a long term basis. This role will focus on delivering and optimising SAP HCM Spanish Payroll solutions, ensuring compliant payroll configuration, efficient payroll processes, and successful project delivery across implementation and enhancement activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage SAP HCM Spanish Payroll (PY) solution design, configuration, and optimisation activities Resolve complex payroll issues across schemas, PCRs, and integrations with TM and FI Support end-to-end project phases including requirements gathering, testing, payroll validation, training, and post-go-live support Ensure compliance with Spanish payroll regulations and support ongoing system evolution aligned with legal changes Mentor junior consultants, oversee delivery quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM Spanish Payroll (PY) Strong expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll integrations Solid understanding of Spanish payroll regulations and compliance requirements Fluent English and Spanish communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities Proven leadership, mentoring, and organisational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Contract Details: Long term freelance contract Fully Remote If interested, please forward up to date resume and I would love to tell you more about it!
