This role will focus on delivering and optimising SAP HCM Spanish Payroll solutions, ensuring compliant payroll configuration, efficient payroll processes, and successful project delivery across implementation and enhancement activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage SAP HCM Spanish Payroll (PY) solution design, configuration, and optimisation activitiesResolve complex payroll issues across schemas, PCRs, and integrations with TM and FISupport end-to-end project phases including requirements gathering, testing, payroll validation, training, and post-go-live supportEnsure compliance with Spanish payroll regulations and support ongoing system evolution aligned with legal changesMentor junior consultants, oversee delivery quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomesRequired Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM Spanish Payroll (PY)Strong expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll integrationsSolid understanding of Spanish payroll regulations xcskxlj and compliance requirementsFluent English and Spanish communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilitiesProven leadership, mentoring, and organisational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetContract Details:Long term freelance contractFully RemoteIf interested, please forward up to date resume and I would love to tell you more about it!
