Job Title: SAP WM Consultant (Freelance)
Location: Spain (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Freelance/Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant to join a leading pharmaceutical client in Spain on a freelance basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a regulated, GMP‑compliant environment, working on SAP Warehouse Management enhancements, support, and optimization initiatives within a global pharma landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP WM processes (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory management).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards (GxP, validation documentation).
Support integration with MM, SD, and QM modules.
Provide testing support (SIT/UAT), documentation, and end‑user training.
Troubleshoot and resolve WM‑related incidents and system issues.
Requirements
5+ years of hands‑on SAP WM configuration experience.
Proven experience working within the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics execution.
Experience with validation documentation in GxP environments.
Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
Availability to work on‑site in Spain as required.
