As a Freelance / Independent Performance Media Expert Consultant , you are responsible for the quality of deliverables, achieving defined objectives, and ensuring the smooth execution of your mission. Key Responsibilities Build roadmaps and action plans aligned with clients’ marketing objectives Define and implement Paid Media strategies; launch and manage acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.) Structure advertising accounts and allocate budgets across channels and campaigns Ensure tracking reliability in collaboration with technical teams Define and manage a continuous experimentation plan (audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages) Coordinate the creation of advertising content and assets with internal and external agencies Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities Produce dashboards and detailed reports to monitor KPIs Prepare and lead presentations for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience in performance marketing Previous experience working as a Freelance / Independent Consultant , ideally in an agency or media environment Strong expertise in SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and SMA (Social Media Advertising) Highly analytical and data-driven , with the ability to extract insights and turn them into performance improvements Solution-oriented, action-driven, and results-focused Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different environments Experience working with large / enterprise clients Fluent in Spanish Fluent in English (mandatory) Arneo is proud to be an equal opportunity employer .
