Role Description We are offering ahybrid internshipbased in Madrid, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. As an intern, you will play an active role in the search and evaluation of potential acquisition targets. Key responsibilities include: Conducting market and company research to identify acquisition opportunities Performing keyword research and web analytics to support deal sourcing Assisting with financial and strategic analysis of target companies Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings Collaborating with the team to support business development initiatives This internship provides hands-on exposure toentrepreneurship through acquisition (EtA), private equity, and strategic business analysis. Qualifications Strong willingness to learn, curiosity, and commitment to hard work Experience with keyword research and web analytics (a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Proficiency in both Spanish and English (mandatory)
