Experteer Overview In this role you drive revenue by leading account and channel strategies across Spain and Portugal for Honeywell Sensing Solutions. You will engage with key customers and partners, translating their needs into value-driven solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to define growth plans and execute regional programs that expand market share. The position offers impact in a dynamic, multinational environment focused on high-value sensing products. - Manage Pan-European and Regional channel partners and their branches in Spain and Portugal
- Build senior executive relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to create new business opportunities
- Identify and develop relationships with Key Accounts/End Users to grow Honeywell demand
- Develop account plans and aligned strategic initiatives
- Implement regional sales programs with channel partners and related initiatives
- Leverage Field Application Engineers and Offering Management to train partners on products and markets
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts and maintain CRM data
- Report weekly on opportunities and monitor KPIs and sales health
- Articulate value propositions by understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions
- Manage momentum through the sales cycle and build executive rapport across organizationsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years of Account Management in B2B sales within Manufacturing/OEM with high-value solutions
- Experience with distribution/channel management
- Understanding of multi-channel routes to market (Channel, Distribution, Direct)
- Excellent sales acumen and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar) and other IT tools
- Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Home-office based with proximity to Madrid or Barcelona (or other heavy industrialized areas)Requisitos principales
