Join Honeywell Sensing Solutions in the South European sales team to drive account and channel growth across Spain and Portugal. You will be the primary customer interface, shaping value propositions and defining sales strategies with key accounts and regional partners. This role focuses on expanding high-value sensor and related solutions within OEMs, leveraging cross-functional support to forecast, train, and execute channel programs. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to sustain business health and revenue growth, delivering measurable impact across the region.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Manage Pan-European and regional channel partners and branches in Spain and Portugal• Build senior executive relationships with key stakeholders• Collaborate with channel partner sales teams to create new business opportunities• Identify and develop relationships with key accounts/end users to increase Honeywell's share• Develop account plans and aligned strategic initiatives• Implement regional sales programs with channel partners and tailor initiatives• Leverage Field Application Engineers and Offering Management for partner training• Provide accurate, timely forecasts and maintain data in CRM• Report weekly on opportunities and monitor KPIs and incentives• Articulate customer value and tailor solutions to needs• Manage momentum through the sales cycle and engage senior leadership as needed• Build rapport across customer organisations and levelsResponsabilidades• Bachelor's degree in engineering• Minimum 5 years of B2B manufacturing/OEM account management xcskxlj with high value solutions• Experience with distribution/channel management• Understanding of multi-dimensional routes to market (Channel, Distribution and Direct)• Excellent sales acumen and relationship-building skills• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities• Experience using Salesforce (or similar)• Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English• Willingness to travel up to 30%• Home-office setup with base near Madrid or Barcelona (or other heavy industrial areas)Requisitos principales•
