Position OverviewFusion is one of Autodesk's fastest growing businesses, and the expansion team fuels that momentum. We are hiring a Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist to grow Fusion inside high potential existing customers. You will drive incremental subscriptions, upgrade accounts into higher tier Fusion offerings, and activate Fusion's advanced data capabilities with PLM.This is a digital first inside sales role. You run focused, high velocity sales cycles over phone and Zoom. You identify the strongest expansion plays inside active accounts and convert them into measurable revenue and usage growth. You will partner tightly with other expansion reps, the land team responsible for new customer acquisition, and a deep bench of Fusion data specialists and technical sellers who help you position the platform with confidence.Autodesk is known for a collaborative, customer driven culture. If you want to help scale a breakout product in a massive market, this is the job.ResponsibilitiesExpand Fusion customer accounts by finding high leverage workflows, teams, and product areas that benefit from more seats, advanced tiers, or PLMRun end to end virtual sales cycles - Qualify fast, align the solution, handle objections, and closeBuild targeted expansion plans for your territory that prioritize where Fusion delivers immediate liftWork closely with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver sharp demos and technical validationPartner with the land team so customers experience consistent strategy and clean handoffsMulti thread inside accounts to uncover hidden opportunities and create expansion momentumMaintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and modern sales toolsShare insights, patterns, and repeatable plays that help the expansion team scale fasterExpansion revenue from add on subscriptions, upgrades, and PLM or data solution salesPipeline creation, progression, and forecast accuracyImpact and engagement across expansion, land, and technical teamsMinimum QualificationsProfessional working proficiency in English and Turkish speakerSuccess in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles where revenue growth was the metricConfidence running virtual sales cycles without relying on in person meetingsAbility to uncover expansion opportunities inside existing accounts and convert them into closed businessComfort engaging design, engineering, and manufacturing audiencesAbility to influence multiple stakeholders from technical users to leadershipInterest in cloud native technology, AI driven workflows, and modern manufacturing transformationCompetitive drive and a growth mindset that fits a fast-moving teamWhy Fusion, Why NowFusion is changing how modern manufacturers design, engineer, and build products.
