As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team in Spain and support both local and group-level financial operations. /ppbr/ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppbr/ppbr/ppThe role involves full-cycle bookkeeping for two Spanish legal entities, payroll processing, and support for day-to-day administrative operations. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppbr/ppbr/pulliFull-cycle bookkeeping for two Spanish legal entities /liliPreparation and submission of Spanish tax declarations (IVA, IS, IRPF — modelos 303, 390, 200 and others) /liliMonthly bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable management /liliCoordination with external auditors and gestoría as needed /liliMonthly payroll processing in compliance with Spanish labour law and Seguridad Social requirements /liliPreparation of nóminas, TC1/TC2 reports, and related submissions /liliManagement of employee expense reports and reimbursements /liliSupport day-to-day administrative operations of the Spanish entities /liliContract management, invoice processing, and vendor communications /liliLiaison with local authorities, banks, notaries, and service providers /liliAssist with legal, compliance, and regulatory documentation as needed /liliAssist the Group Finance Director with intercompany reconciliations and reporting /liliSupport consolidation of financial data across group entities in multiple jurisdictions /liliAd-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by group management /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /ppbr/ppbr/pulliDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field /liliMinimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or international environment /liliSolid knowledge of Spanish accounting standards (PGC), tax regulations, and Seguridad Social obligations /liliHands-on experience with Spanish payroll processing (nóminas) /liliProficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage, A3, ContaPlus, Holded, or similar) /liliGood command of English — working language of the group /liliStrong attention to detail, ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongRequired Skills /strong /ppbr/ppbr/pulliExperience working within a group with entities across multiple EU jurisdictions /liliFamiliarity with healthcare, medical, or clinic operations /liliKnowledge of intercompany transactions or transfer pricing documentation /liliExperience working with a gestoría or external tax advisor /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongPreferred Skills /strong /ppbr/ppbr/pulliExperience working within a group with entities across multiple EU jurisdictions /liliFamiliarity with healthcare, medical, or clinic operations /liliKnowledge of intercompany transactions or transfer pricing documentation /liliExperience working with a gestoría or external tax advisor /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongPay range and compensation package /strong /ppbr/ppbr/ppCompetitive salary: €28,000 – €38,000 gross per year, depending on experience. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongEqual Opportunity Statement /strong /ppbr/ppbr/ppWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices. /ppbr/p
