We are looking for a Automation and Control Engineer to join GTD GmbH, the company of GTD Group specialized in the design and development of large, complex and/or safety-critical applications. GTD Sistemas de Información is an engineering company specialized in rockets (Ariane family) and Ground Control & Command for different launchers and earth observation satellites (civil & military). We know how to create breath-taking, powerful software which is reliable and cost effective, whether it's needed for space transportation, earth observation and science exploration missions. Responsibilities The ideal person for this position will primarily be responsible for interpreting and designing electrical diagrams and schematics for automation cabinets and measurement systems. Begin the contract at our headquarters in Barcelona for an initial period of approximately three months and then relocate to the permanent position location at GTD GmbH in Markdorf. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Electronics and Automation, or a related field. Experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, Beckhoff, etc.). Understanding of industrial fieldbus systems. Experience in creating electrical schematics and diagrams.
