Overview In this role of a Senior Business Analyst for reporting, you will be part of the global “Reporting and Analytics” community within Group Investment Management. You will collaborate closely with business users in different countries and translate analytical and reporting needs into functional requirements and solutions. You will analyse interrelationships of business processes, complex data and financial systems, define IT specifications and implement reporting front‑end solutions for our global end user base. Responsibilities Lead and support initiatives and projects focused on both new and existing business intelligence solutions. Design, develop, and maintain analytical, regulatory, and operational reports and dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools. Assess business requirements for reporting and analytics, translating them into detailed functional and technical specifications to shape effective solutions. Conduct comprehensive impact analyses with an end‑to‑end perspective of the application landscape. Drive continual improvement of reporting processes, services, and infrastructure. Provide support and training to end‑users to address global reporting needs. Ensure adherence to compliance standards, governance protocols, and data quality measures. Manage relationships with stakeholders effectively. Work alongside experts in various technological domains. Enhance your skills with real‑world experience. Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field. Strong grasp of investment products, financial markets, and accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP). Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus. Professional certifications (CIIA, CFA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage. Technical Skills: 3+ years of proven experience as a business analyst, specifically in business intelligence. Strong Business Analyst skills (analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies). Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP FAM/TRM or FICO is a plus. Familiarity with platforms such as SAP BW4HANA and Databricks is beneficial. Advanced skills for data analytics and data modelling with reporting front‑end tools (SAP AFO, MS Power BI or similar) is a plus. Personal Skills: Demonstrates organisational skills and attention to detail. Proven track record of effectively operating within multicultural environments.
