Your Tasks
We're looking for a Senior Developer to design, build, and operate scalable internal business applications and intelligent automation solutions serving 55,000 employees. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver measurable productivity gains across the enterprise.
Your Responsibilities
Design and build modern full-stack business applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React (or equivalent modern frameworks)
Architect and implement end-to-end process automation pipelines using tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Azure Logic Apps, or equivalent orchestration platforms
Design and develop robust REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices to integrate business systems (ERP, CRM, HR platforms, third‑party services)
Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and reusable component libraries; champion security, performance, and maintainability by design
Lead evaluation and adoption of automation tooling and workflow platforms across the team
Partner in the evolution of our internal AI platform: integrate LLMs, build reusable AI services, and deliver employee‑facing AI tools
Own CI/CD and DevOps workflows (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, Docker); automate testing and deployments
Coordinate and quality‑assure external vendors and nearshore development partners; plan sprints, review deliverables, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes
Enforce engineering excellence through code reviews, automated tests (unit/integration/e2e), and monitoring/alerting
Your Profile
6+ years of software engineering with a strong focus on full‑stack development and business application delivery
Advanced proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and modern front‑end tooling
Strong back‑end skills: API design, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, caching strategies
Proven hands‑on experience with process automation and workflow orchestration (n8n, Make, Logic Apps, or similar) – highly preferred
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills
Passion for productivity tooling, automation, and emerging tech trends
Preferred
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and/or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem as an added advantage
Experience with DevOps practices and tooling: GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration with Kubernetes, and Docker‑based deployments (optional but a strong plus)
Experience building AI‑powered applications: integrating LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI), vector databases, embeddings, and RAG patterns
Knowledge of identity and access management (OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SSO, zero‑trust patterns)
Experience with API gateways, event‑driven architectures (Service Bus, Kafka), and integration middleware
Observability and reliability engineering (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, SLOs)
Background in enterprise‑scale deployments and data privacy/compliance requirements
