Overview
In this role you ensure Spanish regulatory compliance for a leading B2C iGaming business. You will research regulations, develop action plans, and obtain approvals from DGOJ and authorities, supporting the Compliance Manager across Spain. You’ll monitor regulator updates, shape regulatory policies with stakeholders, and promote a culture of compliance. This position offers the chance to influence how the company meets legal requirements at scale and work with cross-functional teams.

Requisitos principales3–7 years experience in the iGaming industry with strong knowledge of the Spanish regulated marketExperience managing regulatory requirements and liaising with regulatory authoritiesBachelors degree in Law, Political Science, or related fieldDemonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsFluency in EnglishBusiness-oriented approach to assess regulatory risk in a commercial contextinterpersonal communicationpresentation skillsproblem-solvingregulatory researchrisk assessmentinternal audits
