Job Overview Sika is a specialty chemicals company with a leading position in the development and production of bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protecting systems and products for the building sector and motor vehicle industry. The role is based in Madrid-Alcobendas as a Senior Consultant SAP Order-to-Cash. The position is part of Sika’s largest service line SAP, which is expanding worldwide and is rolling out the newest S/4 HANA features to optimize and enhance the global template. Responsibilities Lead projects, project teams, and deliver solutions based on Sika’s global SAP template. Operate as a senior consultant for major Order-to-Cash areas including Order Fulfillment, Outbound Logistics, Price Management, and e‑commerce / sales enablement. Design solutions supporting Sika business teams on a regional and template‑oriented basis. Work with the latest technologies based on the S/4 HANA system, integrating non‑SAP applications, cloud‑based technologies, and Salesforce. Provide and manage application support activities, investigating and resolving incidents and change requests to meet legal and local business requirements. Integrate SD/LE with EWM, WM, and MM, and handle inter/intra‑company processes. Contribute to harmonization initiatives, safeguard Sika’s SAP global template solutions, and adjust solutions according to best practices under governance procedures. Implement SAP solutions using defined methodologies for data migration, training, testing, and go‑live. Lead and support template roll‑outs (design, tests, and implementation) and carry out complex projects as part of the global SAP team. Qualifications Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Business Studies, or equivalent experience. At least 4–6 years of experience in configuring or implementing Order-to-Cash solutions and Logistics Execution. Project experience from at least two successful SAP projects as project manager, functional lead, or functional consultant. Proactive and structured, with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of integrating SAP Order-to-Cash (SD/LE) with modules such as EWM/WM, MM, FI, and end‑to‑end thinking. Debugging skills in ABAP, and experience with EDI and IDOC interfaces for sales order processing transactions. Strong communication skills, comfortable working in virtual teams and communicating with stakeholders at all hierarchy levels. Readiness to travel for project needs.
