Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own the design strategy for Back Market’s purchase experience, spanning search, discovery, comparison, checkout, and related services. You’ll lead a small design team within the Product organization, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to align vision with user needs and business goals. You’ll raise the bar on design quality, user-centricity, and collaboration, navigating trade-offs to move conversion metrics. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape circular commerce and contribute to a planet-friendly marketplace with cross-functional impact.

Responsabilidades
• Design leadership experience with managing distributed teams (3+ direct reports)
• Proven capability in e-commerce or marketplace purchase experiences with conversion improvements
• Strategic-vs-tactical balance in visioning and execution
• Track record of leveraging AI in design work
• Hands-on experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to create clarity in chaos
• High emotional intelligence and people-oriented leadership
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder influence
